Despite some issues with room readiness and AC maintenance for a 4-star hotel, my stay was okay. The service lacked professionalism and customer care, with instances of disrespect and unhelpfulness. On the bright side, the location was ideal, offering beautiful views and a quiet setting near the seafront. The dining experience was unpleasant, with cold, tasteless, and overpriced food.
The hotel offers a room for non-smokers, which was helpful for us to avoid our room for as long as possible. The service was undertrained and at times rude and unhelpful. The location is lovely and well-maintained but has some issues with accessibility. The dining options provided a big choice with a very good location, although the quality was lacking in some areas. The facilities were generally well-maintained, but improvements could be made.
